DJG Grade Point Ranges Q9 R

This report displays the established grade point ranges and actual average, low, and high points for each job code. It also lists the job titles, each employee’s point evaluation, and whether the position is a benchmark. A benchmark position designation indicates that the position is typical of all jobs within the same job code and was selected to have its point values combined with others in the job code. Benchmark identification is the basis for establishing average, low, and high points for the overall job grade and its component dimensions and sub-dimensions.
