Human Synergistics. Inc. - HSI
Specializing In How People Think, Behave, and Interact
For over 27 years HSI, a Michigan-based firm, has been offering some of the most extensively researched and widely respected training and development tools in the world. These materials are based on three training and development technologies: experiential learning, style-based measurement, and competency-based measurement. All products are designed to compliment and enhance each other. All assessment and measurement tools use a common Circumplex model, which focus on the twelve specific "styles" ¾ modes of thinking, behaving, and interacting. The Circumplex brings order to a complex array of factors related to the effectiveness of people and the systems that they create. Individual-, group-, and organizational-level assessments constitute an integrated system for organizational diagnosis and development. This basic strategy is expanded to include competency-based measurements for developing specific skill and process areas. This relates directly to individual, group, and organizational skills pertaining to leadership.
HSI tools are integrated extensively into StreetSmart Leadership. Further, knowledge and application of these tools are useful to CPAs as they move into the role of consultants with their clients and organizations.
